✅ Description:
Oxizol topical preparation is prescribed for the treatment of various fungal skin infections, including:
- Tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea corporis caused by Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, or Epidermophyton floccosum.
- Tinea (pityriasis) versicolor caused by Malassezia furfur.

✔️ Uses
- Manage fungal infections of the skin
✔️ Dosage & Administration
Tinea pedis, tinea corporis, tinea cruris: Apply to the affected area and surrounding skin 1–2 times daily.
Tinea (pityriasis) versicolor: Apply once daily.
Duration:
- Tinea pedis: 1 month
- Tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor: 2 weeks
- Continue full course even if symptoms improve to prevent recurrence.
✔️ Dosage & Administration
- Apply as directed by your physician.
- Wash hands after application.
- Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, nose, or other mucous membranes.
- External use only.
- Avoid occlusive dressings unless prescribed.
- Notify your doctor if irritation, burning, itching, blistering, swelling, oozing, or worsening occurs.
- Do not use for conditions other than those prescribed.
